Please double check your shipping address prior to processing your order. We will not be responsible if your package is returned to us due to incorrect addresses or names on the package. If the package is returned to us buyer is responsible for fees to re-ship.

Once an item is dropped off at the post office it is out of my control. For any assistance regarding tracking or status updates you can take your tracking number to your local post office and they will be able to assist you further. 

International buyers will be responsible for any customs fees. Seller is NOT responsible for customs fees and import taxes imposed on buyer by their country of residence. Also, if an order is returned by customs then the buyer will be responsible for the fee to re-ship. Please note that I do not change the value of your order on the customs declaration as this is illegal.

 

Is tracking available for my order ?

Currently all orders ship with tracked shipping.

 

When will my order ship ?

Our current processing time can always be found in our announcement header at the top of all pages and in your order confirmation email. Typically our processing time is 2-3 weeks; however, during sales it can be longer

 

Can you combine my orders ?

As long as I haven't started to process your order I can combine orders. Please email me the order numbers as soon as possible and I can see if I can combine them.

 

Can you cancel my order ?

If you would like to request a cancellation to an order it must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

 

My order hasn't moved, what should I do?

Once items are within the post system we cannot control your package.  There can be major delays in tracking updates. If there is an issue with your tracking status, please contact your local post office as they will be able to assist you better. If there has not been a tracking update in 2 weeks for domestic orders, or 30 days for international orders, please feel free to contact us to see what can be done. 

 

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges :

Due to the nature of the items there will be no refunds or returns. If you are dissatisfied with your order or a specific item in your order please contact me to discuss! These situations are treated on a case-by-case bases. In the case that we process a refund, shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included.

 

Coupon Codes : 

Coupon codes cannot be combined. The current platform allows one coupon code per order. Though I do have multiple codes available only ONE code can be used per transaction. Once an order is placed coupon codes cannot be added. Please do not leave coupon code in the notes section, it will not be applied.
