Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of the items there will be no refunds or returns. If you are not satisfied with your order or a specific item in your order please contact me to discuss ! These situations are treated on a case-by-case bases. In the case that we process a refund, shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
